Submission of Camera Ready Manuscript:

The Symposium committee has decided not to accept late submission at this stage.

 Procedure for submitting manuscript

1. Prepare the manuscript using the word file "Paper-template-and-Instruction.doc" (All text, tables and figures will be reduced to 75%. Keep this in mind if you use small text in the tables and figures.)
2. Complete the PDF file "Transfer-of-Copyright-Agreement-ISTS13.pdf"
3. Email both the manuscript (both word and PDF files) and the transfer of copyright agreement form to Miss Aggie Sung (olsung@hkucc.hku.hk) on or before July 30, 2010.
   (The paper id (identification) number should be quoted. It should be noted that please don't send these files to the conference email: ists13@hku.hk.)
