6 December 2007: Post-conference Site Visit
A complimentary half-day technical tour on Saturday 15 December which includes a visit to the Stonecutters Bridge construction site (http://www.stonecuttersbridge.net/en/main.htm) followed by a tour of the Civil Engineering Department and Laboratories of The University of Hong Kong and then lunch. Register at the conference registration desk or via email (apfis07@hkucc.hku.hk). Places are limited to 30 and on a first come first served basis

12 July 2007: Technical Paper Deadline Extended
Please note that the deadline for technical paper submission of 1 July 2007 has passed. Authors are still welcome to submit papers and are strongly encouraged to do so by the end of July. Please contact the Chair of the Organising Committee, Dr Smith (apfis07@hkucc.hku.hk), if you would like to request a longer extension.

The Organising and Scientific Committees are pleased to announce six keynote lectures to be delivered by Dr S. Denton (UK), Professor K.W. Neale (Canada), Professor D.J. Oehlers (Australia), Professor J.G. Teng (China), Professor Z.S. Wu (Japan), and Professor L.P Ye (China). A list of the keynote lecture titles is given in the 'Keynote Lectures' page of this website.

Approximately 200 abstract submissions have now been accepted into the conference. If not already so, can the corresponding author of each accepted abstract please send a confirmation email to apfis07@hkucc.hku.hk. In the email simply quote your paper identification number in the header and indicate if any corrections/changes to your details on the list of accepted abstracts need to be made.
