Please complete the attached registration form. Delegates are encouraged to register prior to 8 October 2007 in order to take advantage of the discounted fees.

With payment of the registration fee, the 2008 IIFC membership fee will be waived for IIFC members, and non-IIFC members who are qualified to join IIFC will be provided with a one-year complimentary IIFC membership for 2008. For those who wish to apply for membership of IIFC, please complete the IIFC membership form attached below and submit with the Registration Form. Information about IIFC may be found on the IIFC website.
