Built Environment Project and Asset Management (BEPAM) provides a forum to address interfaces between project management and asset management of building and civil engineering infrastructure. This also addresses the pressing imperatives for ‘whole life’ mind-sets and sustainable built assets.
BEPAM publishes high-quality papers on:
- rigorous research, including empirical and theory-building exercises
- comprehensive reviews of relevant research and/or practice domains
- in-depth case studies of industry innovations and/or research applications.
While targeting interface issues between construction project management and infrastructure asset management, BEPAM also welcomes paper submissions that may focus on either project management or asset management issues.
The core editorial team draws on a heritage of having previously published the Journal of Building and Construction Management, apart from other editorial track records. BEPAM is an internationally established journal, supported by the Centre for Infrastructure and Construction Industry Development, based in Hong Kong and published by Emerald, based in the UK.
