The Inaugural Lumb Lecture was delivered on May 10, 2000 by Professor Norbert R. Morgenstern of the University of Alberta, Canada, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong. The title of the lecture was "Performance in Geotechnical Practice". |
