Registration Deadline: 30^th September, 2025.

The registration fee to participate in the ISTS 19 are as follows:

• HK$ 6,800 for Presenter/Author/Participant
  Includes:
  
  • Attendance at ISTS 19 from 1^st to 3^rd December 2025
  • E-proceedings
  • Symposium bag
  • Welcome reception (30^th November), Symposium banquet (2^nd December), three lunches (1^st to 3^rd December), and six tea breaks.

• HK$ 1,200 for Accompany Person
  Includes symposium banquet on 2^nd December 2025 only.

Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or UnionPay) after online registration.

Cancellation
Cancellation of registration will only be accepted when confirmed in writing to the Organising Committee of ISTS 19. For cancellations received no less than one week before the registration deadlines, the fees will be refunded. Otherwise, no refunds will be made. However, substitute participants are permitted if written notification is received in advance.
