Registration:
Participants are requested to register at the registration desk on the first day of the Symposium. The registration desk will be in service 30 minutes before commencement of the Symposium. All participants may on occasions be requested to produce their identify cards for identification purposes. Those who are unable to do so may not be allowed to enter the lecture theatre.
Certificate of Attendance:
The Symposium is considered suitable for 2 CPD-day credits (March 25 to 26, 2008). A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to each eligible participant at the end of the Symposium on March 26, 2008. To be eligible for the Certificate of Attendance, a participant MUST attend ALL morning/afternoon sessions of the Symposium. For record of attendance, participants are requested to sign the attendance sheet at the beginning of each morning/afternoon session. However, participants who arrive late for each morning or afternoon session for 30 minutes or more will be considered as absent from that session and will not be allowed to sign the attendance sheet.
