Important Notes for Payment

  • Overseas delegates may pay their registration fee in US dollars or Hong Kong dollars online using
    Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) following the instructions on the online registration form.
  • Local delegates may pay their registration fee in Hong Kong dollars online using Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) following the instructions on the online registration form or by sending a Cheque payable to "The University of Hong Kong" together with the completed online registration form to the following address:

  • Cancellation of a registration will only be accepted when confirmed in writing to the ICSAS 2016 Secretariat. For cancellations received before 1 November 2016, the fees will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be made, however substitute participants are permitted, if written notification is received in advance.
