Introduction
The East River Basin is one of the most important water basins in south-east China. Since the basin is currently undergoing rapid development, problems such as water pollution and water over-utilization have inevitably arisen. This study addresses the sustainability of the East River water in an integrated manner - by hydrological and water quality modelling.
