The Lumb Lecture Committee was formed in 1999 to administer the Professor Lumb Trust Fund and to organise the biennial Lumb Lectures. It comprises the Chairman, three members from Department of Civil Engineering of The University of Hong Kong (HKU), four members from the Geotechnical Engineering Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and up to two Co-opt members.
